From the top of its tower, this Middle Ages fortification provides the most beautiful views of the town of Martigny.
Built in the mid-13th century, the Château de la Bâtiaz offers visitors the chance to discover various siege machines, take part in medieval-themed activities, enjoy food and drinks at the tavern, admire one of the most beautiful views in Valais from the top of the tower, or embark on the Traptour adventure (opening summer 2025).
Access is possible on foot, by Baladeur, free shuttle, or taxi.
