At 6.30 pm, the FIFO opening ceremony takes place, proceeding from Place Centrale to the amphitheatre with the Parade of Nations, bringing together all the participating groups.

In a festive and inclusive atmosphere, the groups welcome the public in the town centre. The President of FIFO presents the flags – symbols of peace – to the various delegations.

The parade continues between Place Centrale and Martigny Expo, showcasing the cultures of Germany, Armenia, Benin, Spain, Mexico, Mongolia, Romania, Wallis and Futuna, India, Uruguay and Switzerland.
