Founded in Geneva in 1997, the Quatuor Terpsycordes comprises Girolamo Bottiglieri (first violin), Raya Raytcheva (second violin), Caroline Cohen-Adad (viola) and Florestan Darbellay (cello).

After studying with Gábor Takács-Nagy and perfecting their skills with members of the Budapest, Hagen, Lasalle and Mosaïques quartets, the ensemble has established itself through the richness of its origins – Italian, Bulgarian and Swiss – and is a regular fixture on international stages and festivals.

Carried by the breath of the muse Terpsichore, the Quatuor Terpsycordes cultivates the link between gesture and spirit, offering a musical experience as profound as it is inspired.
