On Wednesday April 29, 2026, Barryland in Martigny will host Sport Business Day – Switzerland 2038, a free conference open to the public and dedicated to Switzerland’s bid for the 2038 Olympic Games.

Organized in collaboration with the Club de Com Valais, the event will provide an opportunity to discover the key communications issues involved in developing and managing a global sporting event. Simone Righenzi, head of the Venue Master Plan, and Sophie Lamon, communications and marketing manager, will present the vision of the bid, its strategic objectives and its organizational, economic and media dimensions.

An ideal opportunity to gain a better understanding of the challenges involved in preparing an Olympic bid.
