The RERO plus Foundation (RERO+) is a centre of expertise and services for libraries. Based in Martigny, it has a highly qualified team of IT specialists (IT development and infrastructure) and specialists in information science and librarianship. As the successor to RERO, the ‘Réseau des bibliothèques de Suisse occidentale’ (Western Switzerland Library Network), RERO+ has 40 years of experience in providing technological services to libraries. The foundation works closely with its client/partner libraries and focuses on collaboration, trust and transparency. Its tools are developed as open source and it is a non-profit organisation.
