Nautilus Ceramics

The Nautilus pottery workshop is a convivial and friendly area for discovering ceramics. Laura offers lessons adapted to all levels, from experienced beginners (from 14 years of age). Come and put your hands in clay and sharpen your creativity! Lessons are based on creation of items on pottery wheels but modelling and flattening are also possible depending on the projects. At the workshop you arrive with your own ideas and create your objects in clay yourself: bowls, mugs, lemon squeezer, tea infuser, vase, deco object, … everything is possible or nearly! From the shape to the decoration via the colour, Laura accompanies you in the different stages of production. Applying engobe, enamel, what colours to paint? It’s up to you.

Two methods are suggested:
– a discovery course: one unique 3-hour lesson to introduce modelling or a potter’s wheel. You will leave with 3 items.
– a weekly course: a 2-hour lesson each week in order to progress and produce objects from A to Z (shape, decoration, colours). A package of 10 lessons.
