Martigny dairy is involved in sustainable development, and has been producing high quality artisinal cheeses in the past two years. It guarantees fair pay for local producers and offers more than 20 varieties; raclette, fondues, mountain and serac cheeses, as well as yoghurts with a base of milk from cows, sheep and goats.

The Fromagerie du Bourg has a cheese vending machine available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
