Migros Manoir

The Migros Manoir commercial centre, situated in the heart of the town of Martigny, a stone’s throw from the Central Square, has been an emblem for shopping for more than forty years. Opened in 1981, the centre has benefitted from two large renovations, in 2002 and more recently in 2020, in order to offer visitors modern, light and friendly places.
Today, you can find a Migros MMM supermarket on the ground floor with, in particular, a domestic baker’s, a meat and fish counter, a large choice of recently prepared cheeses, as well as departments specialising in household electrical appliances, do-it-yourself, body care and textiles. A section for flowers and green plants completes the offer. On the ground floor, the Migros restaurant and Take Away offer numerous menus, hot and cold buffets, an assortment of desserts as well as drinks at bargain prices.
Among partner shops in the centre, there is notably a Denner shop, a chemist’s, a kiosk, a jeweller’s, a cafe, a hairdresser’s, an optician’s, a telephony and a dry-cleraner’s. Furthermore, the large carpark situated under the centre provides practial access for visitors, enabling them to take advantage of a shopping break in the heart of the town in complete tranquillity.

Founded in 1955, Migros Valais is a business rooted in the canton. Its headquarters as well as its administrative and logistic centre is in Martigny. With about 1200 collaborators, the cooperative has among the largest number of employees in the canton. In its supermarkets, Migros Valais privileges the purchase of fresh products from the canton and offers an assortment of almost 1000 regional products, labelled “From the region. For the region.”
