The WhiteFrontier brunch offers a fun and unique experience, where beer is featured both in your glass and on your plate. Conceived by a specialized sommelier, this gourmet event creatively reimagines brunch classics, incorporating brewing influences and surprising food-and-beer pairings.

A generous buffet showcases cuisine inspired by the world of beer (spent grain, beer-based reductions, and sauces), accompanied by a wide selection of sweet and savory dishes that change with the seasons. A house-made dish is also available, with several options featuring a brewing twist.

The offering also includes a hot beverage, a beer, or a light beer-based cocktail, as well as self-serve infused water.

Held one Sunday a month, brunch is offered in two time slots in a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for spending time with friends or family. Children are welcome and can enjoy a special menu.
