It would be easy to reduce his plays to their fathers trying to marry off their daughters, their common-sense maids, their farcical scenes, and their doctors administering enemas. But Molière is first and foremost an actor who writes for actors. His demanding plays are particularly formative for young actors. The Lara troupe presents its first public workshop here.
