Join us on Thursday, December 10, at 7:30 p.m., at the Théâtre-École Les Alambics for Fred Mudry’s play *Cent Titre(s)*.
One Hundred Titles by Fred Mudry
In this one-man show, Fred Mudry plays the roles of his life. First, he pretended to be his father or a friend’s father, then he played cowboys and Indians. With his cousins, he played cat and mouse, Monopoly, and even Tetris.
Later, he had to pretend to be sick to skip school. He played a fair amount of basketball… and acted like a fool. He pretended to be a ghost to feel less scared in the basement, and acted tough to impress the girls. He also played around with fake names, wigs, fake breasts, false teeth, and real glasses.
Soon, in this one-man show, he’ll play a diplodocus. Comedians have always been playing a role. In the end, it’s not so bad: everyone plays, to a greater or lesser extent, their own role… right?
