Walk on the Troupeau trail - rendez-vous in Saxon on May 9 at 9:00 am at the Place du Village.

The Chemin du Troupeau is a family-friendly trail from La Tour, at the top of Saxon village, to Sapinhaut, in the heart of the mayens. With a difference in altitude of around 500 m, this accessible walk allows you to enjoy nature to the full, while taking time to admire the landscape.

Along the way, between orchards and forests, walkers can observe the local flora and fauna, and be surprised by the works of a local woodcarving enthusiast, who brings to life the legend of the Enfiane and the world of the Poya. Signposts also line the walk, providing fun and educational information about the environment they pass through, making this outing both a refreshing and enriching experience for young and old alike.
