To celebrate the centenary of Syrah, Swiss Wine Valais is co-hosting an exclusive Wine & Dine evening on Wednesday 8th at Le Cercle Kitchen in Martigny's new Quartier LôDzè.
On Wednesday October 8, 2025, Swiss Wine Valais is co-hosting an exceptional Wine & Dine in the new Quartier LôDzè, at Le Cercle Kitchen restaurant, to mark the centenary of Syrah in Valais (100th harvest). This autumn evening will honor this Rhone varietal with a bistronomic meal prepared by Chef Matteo Salas. Internationally renowned ampelologist Dr. José Vouillamoz will present the history and characteristics of Syrah, while sommelier Elisa Luzi will comment on food and wine pairings.
