Come and discover ZumbaGold®, a gentle and accessible version of Zumba®, specially designed to promote mobility, coordination and balance while preserving your joints. This friendly activity, held outdoors in Martigny, is aimed at everyone, and particularly at senior citizens who want to maintain their physical and mental fitness in a fun way.
ZumbaGold® combines fun and well-being: easy choreography, lively music and a friendly atmosphere will help you look after your health while having fun. Sponsored by the Ligue valaisanne contre le rhumatisme and the Association GapBleu Suisse, this free activity is open to all.
