Led by the event company myexpo—which organizes, among other events, the Foire du Valais—this project is driven by a clear goal: to showcase authentic Valais raclette. The kind that is scraped from the wheel, respecting both the traditional method and the product itself, without any modern twists. This is the authentic Valais AOP raclette, the result of the work of local farmers, the regional dairy, the cheesemaker, and the cheese affineur. It’s a tradition that comes to life on your plate.
