An exhibition dedicated to the remarkable trees of French-speaking Switzerland, featuring photographs and an installation by Josy Taramarcaz.
Opening Reception
The opening reception will take place on Friday, September 18, at 6:00 p.m. at La Grange à Émile. The artist will be present to welcome the public.
Guided Tours
Guided tourswith the artist will be offered on Saturday, September 19, at 3:00 p.m., as well as on Saturday, September 26, at 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Closing Reception
The closing reception will take place in the presence of the artist on Sunday, October 11, at 4:00 p.m.

The exhibition is open from September 19 to October 11, 2026, at La Grange à Émile.
Hours:
- Thursday–Friday: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
- Saturday–Sunday: 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Events Related to the Exhibition
- Storytime for Children: Stories for all ages (ages 5 and up), Josy Taramarcaz. Sunday, September 20, at 11:00 a.m., at La Grange à Émile in Le Chapeau.
- L’arbre-lien: a participatory initiative to protect old trees. Thursday, September 24, at 7:00 PM at La Grange à Emile, Flora Corthay, Enrainâ.
- Storytelling evening ( ages 16 and up). Trees, Old Branches, and Tales from Valais, presented by Josy Taramarcaz. Friday, September 25, at 7:00 p.m. at La Grange à Emile au Chapeau.
