My Life of Abundance – An Artistic Journey to the Heart of Creativity and Gratitude
What if the greatest treasure were already within you? Abundance isn’t measured solely by what you possess. It reveals itself in a bountiful garden, a basket of sun-kissed fruit, a sincere friendship, a moment of calm, an idea that springs to mind, an emotion we finally dare to express… or simply in the joy of creating, following our intuition and our own rhythm.
This fall, we extend an invitation: to shift your perspective, slow down, and celebrate the riches that surround us and those that already live within us. Through art, we invite you to discover that abundance is, above all, a state of mind that can be cultivated.
A Unique Creative Journey
Over the course of this semester, participants will create a magnificent hardcover artist’s book—a one-of-a-kind work that reflects their personal journey. We’ll explore mixed media techniques—drawing, painting, collage, and writing—as well as large-format painting, to allow more room for spontaneous movement, imagination, and creative energy.
Each session offers the opportunity to experiment with new techniques in a friendly and supportive atmosphere, where the group provides encouragement and inspiration while respecting each participant’s personal space.

- The creation of a high-quality artist’s book, playing with materials, colors, textures, and compositions, without striving for perfection.
- A large-scale artwork.
- The opportunity to learn new artistic techniques and gain a wealth of ideas for continuing to create at home.

This program is designed for those who:
– feel the urge to create without putting pressure on themselves;
– wish to discover a variety of techniques;
– love beautiful papers, colors, and artist’s books;
– are looking for some “me time” each week;
– wish to cultivate more joy, gratitude, and creativity in their daily lives.
No prior experience is required. Guidance is provided throughout the entire creative process, from start to finish, at each participant’s own pace. Beginners are welcome.
Practical information:
- Tuesdays, September 22, 2026, through February 2, 2027, 6:30–8:00 p.m. (except during school breaks), 16 sessions
- Price: 752 CHF + 100 CHF for materials = 852 CHF (payable in installments upon request)
- Thursdays, from September 24, 2026, to February 4, 2027, 2:00 PM–3:30 PM or 6:45 PM–8:15 PM (except during school breaks), 16 classes
