Guided Tour: “Rodin According to Rilke”
On Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 2:30 p.m., children and adults alike are invited to explore the exhibition “RodinAccording to Rilke”through a fun, engaging, and interactive experience. Through this exhibition, children will encounter Auguste Rodin—one of the greatest sculptors in art history—by seeing the world through the eyes of Rainer Maria Rilke, the poet who observed Rodin’s work with passionate attention.
Throughout the tour, young participants learn to view the works like true explorers of art: observing forms, discovering how material comes to life under the sculptor’s hands, describing body movements, and understanding how a sculpture can tell a story or convey an emotion. Inspired by Rilke’s boundless curiosity, children discover the sculptures in a new light and enjoy a cultural experience to share with their families.
