Join us at the Pierre Gianadda Foundation on Thursday, July 9, for a seminar and lecture on Rodin as seen through Rilke’s eyes.
Lecture: Rodin According to Rilke
Featuring Christoph König, professor at the University of Osnabrück, and Véronique Mattiussi, exhibition curator. Organized in collaboration with the Rodin Museum (Paris).

Program:
12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
- Seminar open to the public. Free
8:30 a.m. – 6:45 p.m.
- The evening will begin with a 15- to 20-minute guided tour, offering an initial overview of the works on display as well as the themes explored throughout the exhibition.
6:50 PM – 7:25 PM
- This will be followed by a lecture by Christophe König, lasting approximately 35 minutes, on the theme “Rodin According to Rilke.”
Starting at 7:25 p.m.
- A Q&A session with the audience will provide an opportunity to further explore the topic and answer questions.
- To conclude the evening, a self-guided tour of the exhibition will be available.
