This brass band turns every performance into a vibrant celebration, blending explosive brass, rousing percussion and reimagined Balkan rhythms to create a joyful, colourful and irresistibly danceable show.

The boundless Balkan brass band. Also known as FBI. It’s a real party band, all about good vibes and fun. It’s also incredibly versatile, as it can adapt to any situation. Finally, it’s a bit Balkan because its music is tinged with sparkling colours and frenzied rhythms. Original music inspired by sounds from here and elsewhere, like a concert journey without borders or barriers.

Comprising four musicians and an actor or actress, the small brass band sets up for a moment for a concert blending improvised music with slightly burlesque humour.
The collective is flexible and can expand depending on the concert, bringing together between seven and fifteen musicians from the jazz, classical and brass band scenes, all driven by the joy of playing together. Their identity is rooted in conviviality, creativity and exuberance, where every instrument and every musician contributes to a colourful soundscape.

With FBI, music becomes a vehicle for celebration, sharing and freedom, transforming every stage into a vibrant, irresistibly danceable hub.
