As the days grow shorter and the mists settle in, the Obscure opens its doors once again…
Following its inaugural edition, the Marché de l’Obscur returns for another journey into the heart of the dark season.
Here, craftsmanship takes an unconventional turn.
Natural materials stand side by side with curiosities, creatures, ancient symbols, and works born of the imagination.
You’ll find, among other things:
• Skulls, bones, and creations inspired by the animal kingdom
• Insects and natural curiosities displayed in frames
• Sylmorra, small spirit creatures and textile creations
• Handpoke tattoos inspired by ancient Celtic and Scandinavian motifs
• Leatherwork, jewelry, and crafts inspired by ancient traditions
• Mystical illustrations and fantastical worlds
• And many other unique creations to discover as you wander through the stalls…
And because no journey is ever undertaken on an empty stomach…
La Taverne de l’Obscure will once again be run by Wild Woods.
Hot dishes and other delicacies will await you for a cozy break amidst the shadows.
Whether you’re looking for a strange creation, an object steeped in symbolism, a piece that calls to you… or simply the unique atmosphere of the Obscure, come step through the threshold.
