Fire Ritual

A symbolic practice of purification, transmutation, and letting go. Join us on November 27, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at Âme de sorcière.

A creative and symbolic moment around the fire, to set your intentions or simply take the time to let go of what no longer serves you.

During this workshop, you’ll create your own ritual holder from a pinecone, which you can decorate however you like with wool, wax, glitter, origami stars, or even dried herbs.

You can also prepare a short personal message to incorporate into your practice: an intention, a wish, a memory, or something you’d like to symbolically leave behind.

What’s the symbolism?

Fire is used in many practices to represent transformation, purification, and renewal.

Writing a few words on a piece of paper and then burning it can be a deeply meaningful act. Depending on your intention, this ritual can, for example, represent:

Making a wish: writing down an intention or desire to give it a place and symbolize the path you wish to follow.

Letting go: putting into words a wound, a regret, or a situation you want to learn to leave behind.

Moving on to a new phase: symbolically marking the end of a chapter and welcoming what comes next.

There’s no such thing as a right or wrong intention. Simply choose the one that resonates with you and with what you’re going through right now.

An Evening of Creation and Sharing

Beyond the creative process, this evening will be a time to connect and exchange ideas about spiritual practices and personal rituals.

What practices are already part of your daily life? What draws you to rituals? What would you like to explore or delve deeper into? You’ll have the chance to share your experiences, ideas, and questions—or simply listen and discover.

No experience is necessary: just bring your curiosity, your interests, and an open mind to discover a new symbolic practice in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
