Join us on September 24, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at Âme de Sorcière, for a time of sharing in a spirit of kindness

It was around this question that Le Refuge was born—a women’s circle and space for conversation designed to offer a place for listening, sharing, and simply being present.

A place where you can unburden yourself a little, without needing to find the right words, feel okay, or have a specific story to tell.

A space where everyone can speak or simply listen, laugh, cry, remain silent, share a question, an emotion, or a doubt, or simply enjoy the company of others.

For this first gathering, no specific topic will be imposed. Each participant is welcome to bring whatever she wishes to share. The topic will be whatever is on her mind.

You don’t have to be going through a hard time to find your place at Le Refuge. This gathering is for those who feel the need for connection, are going through a period of self-reflection, want to meet other women, or simply wish to treat themselves to two hours away from the daily grind.
