Paragliding is not an extreme sport; a short run-up is required for take-off and the landing is very gentle. The flight is then tailored to your preferences – a peaceful experience for dreamers or acrobatic manoeuvres for adrenaline seekers. The pilots are certified and experienced, and hold licences issued by the Swiss Paragliding Federation (FSVL / SHV).
