Nestled high above Ovronnaz, the Mille Fleurs Botanical Trail offers a complete immersion in the heart of nature.
Created in 2016 and officially inaugurated in 2017, this botanical and educational trail invites both young and old to have fun with a 20-stop quiz while discovering the secrets of subalpine flora through informative panels and a flower guide brochure available free of charge at the Ovronnaz Tourist Office or downloadable as a PDF. To enrich the walk even further, five “giant books” line the trail and tell the thousand and one wonders of the area.
Well signposted and safe, this trail is ideal for families. Difficulty: moderate.
