Tour of the fountains – Bémont

Enjoy the coolness and show provided by the Durnand Gorges, ranked amongst the 10 most beautiful gorges in Europe (off main routes).

In the heart of the Vouipes (wasps) countryside, the nickname of the inhabitants of the villages of Bovernier and Valettes, this walk takes you into the forest along trails and forest roads. The route includes the Tour of the Fountains, a pleasant educative walk via thirteen fountains, each of which provides a small chapter of the history of its village. Discover in particular where their nicknames come from and the origin of their famous vines. It is possible to combine this walk with the Durnand Gorges tour, offering a magical and refreshing show.
