Cave Les Collines

A subtle blend of tradition and modernity, resulting in wines full of character.

Cave les Collines was born out of a wine-growing project inspired by family heritage and deeply rooted in the Valais region. Situated on the hillsides of Fully, Saxon and Charrat, it carefully cultivates several plots that are representative of these terroirs.

The winemaking approach combines tradition with modern techniques to get the very best out of each harvest. The range comprises 13 wines, crafted to accompany everything from aperitifs to hearty meals and desserts.
