Join us for the 50th Corrida d'Octodure 2026, on Saturday November 14 2026.

The 50th edition of the Corrida d’Octodure will take place on Saturday 14 November 2026 in Martigny. The route, which proved very popular with runners and spectators in 2025, remains the same.

The programme features races for everyone: children, teenagers, adults, women, men and seniors, as well as team races for schools, businesses and organisations.

In 2026, two new events will be added:

a 630-metre adapted race for people with disabilities (physical, visual, hearing, cognitive or mental);

the SPEEDcityRUN, also over 630 m, with a men’s/juniors’ category and a women’s/juniors’ category, designed to attract runners specialising in distances from 400 m to 1,500 m.

Every participant receives a souvenir: a medal for children, and a local product for teenagers and adults. The top finishers in each category win a special prize.

After the race, a ‘Pasta Party’ meal is available for CHF 25, subject to registration, at the Martigny Community Hall (where race numbers are collected), from 7.30 pm.

Another new feature: the ‘Charity Race Number’ option through the Migros Culture Percentage, in aid of FOVAHM. By ticking this box when registering, Migros Valais will donate CHF 10 to the chosen charity, at no extra cost to the runner. More information at www.corridadoctodure.ch.
