St-Maurice – 10th Monastic Market

10th Monastic Market

Tenth edition of the monastic market of St-Maurice

There are traditions, even recent ones, that become dear to the hearts of Agaunois.

Indeed, the idea of holding a monastic market in the city of Saint-Maurice, where 5 communities live and radiate in Switzerland and abroad, seemed very judicious. To make it coincide with the celebrations of Saint Maurice and his companions, on September 22, the date of the martyrdom reinforces the history of the city.

This year, the market will be held for the 10th time, a great success for an event that goes far beyond its commercial aspect.

With a range of products from religious communities whose diversity is matched only by the quality and concern for good taste, this market will once again seduce as much by its friendliness as its originality.

We invite you once again to stroll through the exhibitors, buy elixirs, cookies and liqueurs and … just take the time to share….
