Musical’Été – Wednesdays concerts
Throughout the summer, the protestant parish of Coude du Rhône Martigny-Saxon organizes “Musical’Été” concerts at the Temple of Martigny, on Wednesday evenings from 7:00 to 7:45pm.
On the program:
-July 13: “Modular” Ensemble.
Carol Haroutunian (soprano), Frédérique Jaccard (flute), Berdj Haroutunian (flute) and Jimi Ernst
(piano) perform magnificent works by K. and F. Doppler, J. Benedict and P. Morlacchi.
-July 20: Duo “insolitude”
Christine Chauve (piano and musical saw) and Léonard Müller (clarinet) will make you travel from
G. Bizet to S. Joplin and from G. Fauré to F. Lopez. Lopez.
-July 27: Piano and organ concert
Nicole Maret proposes a beautiful recital of popular Slavic melodies
-August 03: Swing from the 1930s-1940s
In collaboration with the Festival ” Orgue, Musique et Cimes “. With Jean-Pierre Burkhard
(piano), Julien Cotting (drums), Raymond Graisier (vibraphone and washboard), Jacques
Ducrot (alto saxophone) and Léonard Müller (clarinet).
-August 10: “Brevis” Ensemble
Jonathan Gerstner (cello), Oleksandra Khmara (violin), Berdj Haroutunian (flute) and Jimi
Ernst (piano) will perform works by Kuhlau, Mendelssohn and Doppler.
-August 17: “Sarateo” Duo
Relive the most beautiful songs of Jacques Brel, Barbara, Edith Piaf, Charles Aznavour and
Dalida with Sarah Richoz (vocals) and Théodore Monnet (accordion and piano).
-August 24: Baroque violin duet
Elizaveta Perler and Valentina Eggli present a journey through the works of P. Nardini,
G. Ph. Telemann, J. P. von Westhoff, L. G. Guillemain and J-P. Guignon.

Free admission, baskets at the door
80% of the money collected in the baskets is donated to the artists.
