Museum of Sound – Guex-Joris Foundation : Concert by Artur Tarnowski

After a break of more than 6 years, the Guex-Joris Foundation resumes one of its goals to organize a concert according to the wish of its founder André Guex-Joris who died 5 years ago.

Artur Tarnowski began his musical adventure at the age of 5 in Poland by playing the piano. At the age of 8, he discovered the passion of his life which will never leave him: playing the violin.

He graduated from the Fryderych Chopin University of Music in Bialystok and the Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz. He studied with Maestro Ivry Gitlis who invited him to Paris after hearing him in a masterclass.

The musical program of the concert will be mainly pieces of romantic character; Brahms, Franck, Massenet, Williams, but also Telemann, Mozart, Schubert.

To be discovered at the Temple of Martigny on Friday, October 14 and Saturday, October 15, at the Church of St-Pierre-de-Clages.
