Foire du Valais

The largest fair in French-speaking Switzerland invites its visitors and exhibitors to the theme: ça roule! with, in particular, the return of the mythical exhibition, dedicated this year to bicycles.

It’s rolling!

More than the theme of cycling, the notions of movement and mobility will be omnipresent in 2022. The optical effect represented on its poster reflects the dynamism of the Organizing Committee and their desire to move forward, to look ahead and to imagine the Fair of tomorrow with its different audiences, which together form the unique atmosphere of the Fair of Valais. The bright colors and the slogan “ça roule” (it’s rolling) express the conviviality, the off-beatness, the bits of madness and the serene climate wished by the organizers in this year of post-covid transition.

The return of Expo
The exhibition will offer visitors the chance to immerse themselves in a universe full of stories and surprising collectables. Its curator, Marc-André Elsig, a cycling enthusiast with one of the most important collections in Europe, has selected 66 bicycles and unique accessories for this wonderful exhibition. This exhibition will be installed on a surface of 1’100 m2, conceived and realized specially by the company Hidalgo for the 62nd edition of the Foire du Valais.
