Born in Martigny, Damien Theux started playing the guitar at the age of 7. Very quickly fascinated by this instrument, he followed the guitar class with professor Christian Tille at the Conservatoire de Sion. Damien finished his studies at the Conservatoire de Sion with the congratulations of the jury. He attended several MasterClasses with the Hungarian guitarist-composer David Pavlovits, as well as with Zoran Dukic, Jan Depreter, … He has won several prizes in competitions in Switzerland and Italy. Damien is currently studying at the HEMU VALAIS-WALLIS in the class of George Vassilev and is a member of the Palissandre guitar ensemble, under the direction of Guy-Kummer-Nicolussi.
Jakub Bachleda-Szeliga graduated from the F. Chopin Music High School in Krakow, in the class of Professor Joanna Baran. He graduated from the Academy of Music in Krakow in the class of dr hab. Michał Nagy. In 2022 he graduated with honors from the Master Concert studies at the HEMU VALAIS-WALLIS with George Vassilev. Winner of international guitar competitions in Europe (Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Poland), he actively participated in master classes with artists such as Pavel Steidl, Carlo Marchione. He has performed as a soloist with the orchestra of the Academy of Music in Krakow. He is currently giving concerts in Switzerland.
