This is the first 100% organic brewery certified “Bourgeon Bio Suisse” and “Marque Valais”. It offers a product which is home-brewed, local, non-filtered and non-pasteurised. The transparency of the company’s organisation and the traceability of the routes of its provisions are its priorities. The most important raw materials are supplied from a radius of forty kilometres (25 miles) around the brewery.
