
The artisanal knowledge of the Michellod bakery has been passed down from father to son for three generations. The first bakery opened in the village of Verbier in1949. The bakery chose top quality raw materials. Whatever the product offered, no substitutes are used. Furthermore, products from the Valais region are privileged and a wide range of artisanal bread is produced at the bakery as well as catering service and delicious patisseries.
